Roman Help Desk
All questions of a scientific, technical, programmatic or financial nature should be submitted electronically to the Roman Help Hesk. The Roman Science Centers at IPAC and STScI are committed to answering all the questions as rapidly as feasible, and normally within two business days from the receipt of a query. Note that as the proposal deadline approaches, the turnaround times for a response (particularly for definitive answers to complex technical questions) will likely increase. It is the responsibility of proposing teams to take this reality into consideration when submitting queries shortly before the proposal submission deadline.
Questions and answers of interest to the broader community will be archived as an anonymous Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) on the Help Desk website.
